All Stars
Congratulations to Marcie Sobrinski, Meghan Burns and Maureen Watson for being chosen by the LVC coaches as All Stars. Heather Gribb was also chosen as a Honorable Mention All Star.

Practice
We had a great week of practice once again. Yesterday was a bit cold and wet but we got done what we needed to do. It has been nice having a number of runners who will not be running at districts show up and keep running. We would like to see more.

Remember team pictures tomorrow (Monday) in Rockne Hall after school. Bring your uniform, warm ups and t-shirt.

Remember the Pot Luck Dinner is on November 13th please get your reservation in ASAP. You do not want to miss the social event of the year.
