It was the best if times it was the worst of times.

The girls 4×8 won the gold for the fourth year in a row. Mo, Meghan, Marcie and Mo ran the perfect race to victory.

Heather once again dropped her time and took a fourth place medal.

Leslie while battling it out for second place in her heat of the 200 crashed when she caught a spike. She is bruised and disapointed but she will be back.

Come out tomorrow we have great hopes in our relay teams and Phil and Mo in the 800 and the girls in the 1600.
