We had a great hill session today. Everybody did a great job.
Lets all get out tomorrow and run at 9:00 in the Parkway.

We wil not run at the Canal on Monday because of flooding.
Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday all days at the Parkway.

It was great today! We had a great turn out of people to train today in the rain. Now we need to keep it up. You need to get out and run on your own tomorrow.
We run again on Thursday and Friday together so lets be there and get it done.
If your shoes are wet the best way to take care of them is to take the insoles out and stuff your shoes with newspaper. After a couple hours take the wet paper out and replace it. Do this till the paper stays dry. DO NOT PUT YOUR SHOES IN THE DRYER.
