Training this week 7/09
People
We will train Mon, Tue, Thur, Fri this week 9:00 - 10:30 in the Parkway.
This week went well, we had good turnouts most days.
Cross Training
A good way to get in shape is to do some cross training. I would recomend riding a bike, swimming or skating.
Remember to wear a helmet when riding a bike or skatting.
Good places to ride your bike in safety are the Parkway, The Ironton Rail to Trails Parkway, and Canal Park.
Coaches Training
So far it is going well I am in my third week and I am working out 5 times a week. Mostly walking but I am mixing in some jogging.
