People
Well you are at the end of the first week of training on your own I hope you have been getting it done. I know it has been very hot but you can train around the heat by going early in the morning.

By the way I am at the 6th week of my personal fitness plan. Today I rode my bike on the Ironton Track for 71 minutes, went to the gym and walked on the treadmill for 32 minutes and lifted weights.
Keep working hard August 14th will come around faster than you think.
