Went hiking with some of the alumni today.  Phil Wagner who is at Dartmouth and doing quite well there, Phil Rector who is now running for Slippery Rock, Mike Tax who is at West Point and will be going over to Germany soon on an exchange program, Dan Ahn who is at Pitt (his father just bought a Vette.)  also going with us was Mike’s dad and Sean another cadet at West Point.  Missing this year was Matt Booth who is still in Australia wrestling crocs.  Also Kevin McFadden could not be with us because of the passing of his Grandfather.

We go on a hike every Friday after thanksgiving.  Feel free to join us next year.  This is only open to Alumni their friends and family.

Reminder next conditioning session Monday 9:00 @ Lehigh U.

The weight loss now stands @ 25lbs.  I still have a long way to go before I can wear tights to practice.
