Good job on Saturday. We had many run their best times of the season. I thought we competed well against many very good teams.

Alumni
Evan Barker stopped by the meet and practice this week. Nicole Patterson came to practice and ran with us. Kevin Heff stopped by the Paul Short as did Di Paxos. It was great to see so many of our Alumni out to see us run.

In the college races our own Frances Koons, Maureen McCarthy and Steph Roghman all ran their best times ever. Frances was 4th against a great field.

Mike O’Donnell (98) a former runner and team Captain has been promoted to Captain by the United States Army. Chris O’Neill (98) is married and in graduate school at Notre Dame. Mary Morgans (98) is a RN at Lehigh Valley Hospital she is also engaged to be married, Megan O’Leary (98) is a civilian engineer working for the US Navy. Mike Martin (99) is a law student at Widner University.

Food Drive

I will be collecting non-perishable food items this week for the Ecumenical Food Bank. There is much need in our community right now. Because of Katrina and Rita down south many resources have switched to the South.
Please bring your food items to practice in a shopping bag this week.
